Fanatics Collectables - Flagship Store
We recently delivered the full Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEPH) works for a flagship store for a global retail brand with a truly unique concept. The project involved the transformation of a high-profile site formerly occupied by a major coffee house into a premium retail space over two floors – ground and upper basement – in the heart of London’s iconic Regent Street.
The Brief
We were appointed as the MEP contractor for the delivery of a flagship retail store on London’s prestigious Regent Street. The project involved the full refurbishment and fit-out of a two-floor unit — converting a former coffee shop into a high-end retail space for a globally recognised brand.
Working from a detailed design provided by 79group, we were responsible for the full mechanical, electrical, and public health installation package, delivered under a fast-track programme in a live central London environment.
Our Approach
Our team managed the complete installation and commissioning of all MEP services, including:

Electrical systems: Power distribution, general and feature LED lighting, and data infrastructure throughout the store

Fire alarm system: Fully integrated and compliant with current regulations

Mechanical services: Installation of new HVAC systems for optimal comfort and efficiency

Public health: All domestic water and drainage services within staff welfare areas

Commissioning: Full testing, balancing, and commissioning of all systems

Training: Onsite handover and operational training for the store’s facilities team

Our team worked closely with the main contractor, designers, and client stakeholders to ensure all works were delivered to the highest standard — on time and with minimal disruption.
