Regus has the worlds largest network of modern work-spaces and co working spaces. Purpose-built redbrick, Conway House, is four-storey co-working space is close to major banks, businesses, restaurants and shops.
This building was in need of full modernisation. 79group were awarded the full MEP design, supply and installation project to help transform this in to the modern flexible work spaces offered by Regus.
We designed an adaptable and efficient MEP infrastructure across 4 floors fit for modern office spaces with environmental impact a key consideration.
The project started off with a complete strip out of existing MEP infrastructure with a new scheme designed and installed to include all electrics, ventilation, lighting, air conditioning, fire alarms data and security. The existing wet heating system remained. This was a 4 storey project with a robust programme of just 12 weeks. As with all projects, collaboration and communication are key with all site teams working flexibly with one another.
